At 185 cm and 88 kg, I’ve faced challenges most people in calisthenics never have to think about. Mastering advanced bodyweight skills at my size meant I had to train smarter, not just harder, and that journey led me to win the 2025 Calisthenics World Championship in the heavyweight category. It’s hard to give a precise answer since everyone progresses at their own pace, starting from different levels, with unique goals. However, most of my clients notice results within the first month as long as they stay consistent with the plan I create for them. We’ll go over what you can specifically expect in our initial conversation.
A minimum of 3 months is essential. This gives us enough time not only to establish long-term, healthy habits but also to adjust the plan when necessary. Rushing the process isn’t beneficial, and if you are committed for 3 months, it sets the foundation for long-term results

The coaching is for anyone who’s looking to improve in statics, such as front lever, handstand, or planche, and at the same time build a brutal physique. This is my absolute expertise, but if your goals diverge slightly from this, we can of course discuss it in our call.
No experience is needed within calisthenics to start, but having some base strength is something I recommend! The coaching is customized to your current level, whether you’re just beginning or already have some experience with calisthenics.
