How to perform a proper handstand:
- Warm-up: Stretch your wrists, shoulders, and core.
- Hand placement: Position your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground with fingers spread wide.
- Kick up: Begin in a lunge position, swing your back leg up, and kick up with your front leg.
- Align: Keep your body straight with arms locked, shoulders over wrists, and legs together.
- Balance: Use your fingers and wrists to adjust and maintain balance.
- Hold: Try to hold the position as long as possible, gradually increasing the duration with practice.
- Descend: Lower one leg at a time to come down safely.
