No prior experience is needed, as I will guide you through building the strength, flexibility, and technique required for handstands. Additionally, I will show you how to safely overcome the fear of being upside down.

How to do handstand?

How to perform a proper handstand:

  1. Warm-up: Stretch your wrists, shoulders, and core.
  2. Hand placement: Position your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground with fingers spread wide.
  3. Kick up: Begin in a lunge position, swing your back leg up, and kick up with your front leg.
  4. Align: Keep your body straight with arms locked, shoulders over wrists, and legs together.
  5. Balance: Use your fingers and wrists to adjust and maintain balance.
  6. Hold: Try to hold the position as long as possible, gradually increasing the duration with practice.
  7. Descend: Lower one leg at a time to come down safely.

Regular practice will improve your strength and balance.

Will I learn handstand after 10 weeks?

Absolutely! You can achieve this with dedication. It won’t happen automatically; you’ll need to practice consistently.

Everyone progresses at their own pace, and it might take a bit more time for some. Follow the program diligently, stay committed, and you’ll soon be able to stand on your hands.

What are the requirements?

You should be able to do at least a few push-ups on the ground to have some basic strength. Along with that, having the willingness to learn and understanding that it will take time and patience is essential.

I recommend being able to do at least 5 standard push-ups on the ground before starting this program.
